Cut-off marks are the minimum qualifying marks that you need to secure to get shortlisted for the next stage of the selection process of the All India Law Entrance Test. 

Generally, the cut-off marks are determined based on various factors such as the number of students who appeared for the exam, the difficulty level of the paper, and more. 

The National Law University, Delhi, will release the category-wise cut-off marks. There are two types of cut off in the All India Law Entrance Test: 

• Qualifying Cut-off
• Admission Cut-off

AILET Cutoff 2021

Based on the AILET cut-off marks, NLU will call you for the AILET Counselling process. The cut off marks vary for different categories.

AILET Qualifying Cut Off vs Admission AILET Cut Off 2022

As said above, there are two types of cut-off marks in the AILET exam. NLU makes qualifying cut-off and admission cut-off similar to each other.

However, there are some major differences between these two cut-offs, as explained below.

Scoring the marks as per the qualifying cut-off will not guarantee admission.	Scoring the marks as per the admission cut-off can guarantee admission
The university uploads the cut-off before conducting the exam	NLU announces admission cut-off at the time of the counselling process
